This group is for investors interested in learning more about rental properties, foreclosures, short sales, contracts sales, and anything else real estate. Guest speakers will be invited to attend to educate the group on more in depth knowledge on different topics. Our meetings are normally held at 6:30pm on the first Tuesday of the month unless we have a special event.  We meet at the Elite First Realty office located at 2616 1st Avet NE, Cedar Rapids, IA.
